Eid Greetings

Dears Brothers and Sisters,
On behalf of the Islamic Council of New England, I congratulate every one in our community for the starting of Eid Al-Adha, tomorrow. May Allah accept your fasting the day of Arafat (today) and make you able to fulfill your Haj requirement next year, if you didn’t do it yet.

I also want to take this opportunity to invite you to attend our Islamic Council upcoming annual Conference next Sunday. This year conference happened to be in the week end following the Eid. Please, use this opportunity to meet your brothers and sisters at the conference, and enjoy the holiday by ending it with an educational and fun day for you and the family. The details are stated below:

The upcoming Islamic Council 28th annual conference will be held at Tufts University in Medford, MA. I am attaching the latest draft of the flyer for your use. As you see in this year conference, we chose the very important Theme to our youth (leaders of tomorrow) “Being Muslim in America: Challenges and Opportunities”. We invited prominent figures to speak to the subject. The date is Sunday October 20th (Eid W. E.).

I encourage you to attend our conference this year, and purchase your tickets on line through our web-site:

The flyer is continuously updated, please refer to the attached and embedded flyer to this email. Please call your friends and spread the word about this year’s conference.

Naim Assil
Islamic Council of N. E., President
