Assalaamu Alaiku

m,

Dear Respected Imams, Community Leaders, Masajid Representatives, Brothers and Sisters,

We pray this email finds you in good physical and spiritual health.

Last year’s Open Mosque Day was a great success. We pray that this year’s will reach out to even more communities across the New England area.

InshaAllah, Open Mosque Day will be on:  Sunday, April 28, 2019, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.

The theme for this year is “No walls between us”.

It is a great opportunity for the Masajid and Islamic Centers in New England to welcome their neighbors of all faiths, and introduce them to the peaceful true Islam, directly from those who practice it in their daily lives.

The goal is to have as many participants as possible. If, for any reason, your particular Masjid or Islamic Center cannot do it on that date, then it is recommended that you pick a more suitable date for your community and potential visitors.

We thank Brother Martin Bentz, Outreach Coordinator, from the Islamic Society of Southeastern Massachusetts, Darmouth, MA, for taking care of the planning activities of the event (Martin.issmass@hotmail.com).

Important: Please respond and contact us if your Masjid/Center is participating in the April 28th event. Thank you for your cooperation. Please state your Masjid/Center’s name, your name and contact information.

Your Masjid/Center’s name will be included in a flyer that will be put together for the event. A follow-up conference call may take place as well.

We ask Allah, SWT, to guide us and help us run our respective Masajid and Centers to the best of our abilities. We ask Allah, SWT, to bring us closer to Him with righteousness and unity.

Thank you all for your participation.

Jazaakum Allahu Khairan
